Do you offer professional counseling?
We’re a community collective, not a clinical provider. We can share general resources and help you find local services, but we can’t provide therapy or emergency response.
What if I’m in crisis right now?
If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. For urgent emotional support, call or text 988 (U.S.). If you’re an LGBTQ+ young person, you can also contact The Trevor Project.
Can I submit a resource to be listed?
Yes! Please send us the name, website, and a short note about why it’s helpful. We’ll review it for safety and alignment with our mission.
Do you verify every organization listed?
We do our best to share reputable resources, but availability and policies can change. If something feels off, trust your instincts and let us know so we can update the list.
Is this page only for sapphic folks?
Our focus is the sapphic community, and many resources are helpful for allies and loved ones too. Everyone deserves support and safety.
